I-130, I-485 and I-601

I met Mr. Lin in 2017 with my parents' immigration case. My parents' case started from 2003, and it took 19 years for them to get green cards. The case was very complicated. Mr. Lin guided us what to do step by step from chaos to green cards. Thanks to Mr. Lin and his teams' jobs and efforts, my parents got green cards. I experienced 3 lawyers for my parents' case before I met Mr. Lin. After I met Mr. Lin, I learned the lesson that I should have met a competent lawyer from the beginning. Mr. Lin is a lawyer who is very competent and professional. During the period we processed the case, I could trust him 100%. I highly recommend Mr. Lin to everyone who asks for a lawyer.

Excellent attorney and staff

The immigration process can be so stressful, and Michael Lin has made it feel easy for me. Wether it was his pleasant demeanor or his constant reassurance, I will say that this was the first time in over a decade that I did not feel completely overwhelmed by the immigration process. He and his staff are highly competent and they kept me updated on the frequently changing immigration laws. In all our interactions I felt that my case was a priority and they really were trying to get the very best outcome for me. To say that I would highly recommend Micheal Lin and his team, would be an understatement.

We think he has all the attributes of the best lawyer

It's always when we need professional help that we need a lawyer, so choosing a lawyer is always very careful. When we finally chose Lawyer Lin after meeting several lawyers, his preciseness and conciseness were the reason for us to choose him initially. The fact proves that our choice is very correct. Lawyer Lin never delays due to any circumstances, and our APPLICATION for EB1 is extremely smooth, which is all due to the careful and rigorous work of Lawyer Lin and his team. The reason why I recommend him and his team is that Lawyer Lin will never let you down. He is the best lawyer in my opinion.
