I-601

Ms. Kendall Niles is an amazing competent lawyer. She processed I-601 for my parents, and it was approved! There were a lot of documents needed to submit. She guided me how to prepare and what to do. And, she reviewed and prepared all the documents thoroughly. I felt she was very detail oriented and very professional. Also, she responded to my questions promptly and she cared my parents' case with a warm heart. I cannot say thank her enough! I highly recommend Ms. Kendall Niles to everyone who askes for a lawyer.

I want you to know what a wonderful lawyer she is

It was only when we got her files that I realized how detailed and sophisticated her work was. What is a good lawyer? In my opinion, a good lawyer is one who can do things you can't think of. That's KENDALL. She surprises me time and time again. Without her meticulous and organized work and impeccable logical thinking skills we might not have been able to get the green card so smoothly. Not only was she so perfect at her job, she was a delight to the eye. I always think how lucky we are to have such a good lawyer, highly recommended!

Stellar Experience

Kendall was amazing throughout our very long and complicated case. In addition to needing to have a waiver filed and reopening my husband's decades old immigration case, we had the current pandemic complicate things further. Kendall made sure she kept us informed of any and all possible outcomes, negative or positive so that we could prepare ourselves whether things worked out in our favor or not. I was confident we had the very best representation and Kendall went above and beyond to make sure she every single loose end was taken care of on her end. This process was so stressful, but Kendall always reassured us that things would work out in the end, even if it took a little time. And I am so happy that she was right. My husband is now a legal, permanent resident and after years of worrying if our family would ever be able to say that, Kendall helped make our dreams a reality. We cannot thank her enough.
