CBS News reported that President Elect Biden, within his first 100 days, plans a sweeping reversal of various immigration restrictions that President Trump had imposed in the last four years.  The Immigration Plan includes the following:

1.  Restoration of DACA;

2.  Moratorium on Certain Deportation/Removal;

3.  Review of TPS Program, which could affect many Salvadoran and Honduran who have been working and residing legally in the United States for nearly 20 years.  According to CBS, the new plan may include granting TPS to Venezulean.  

4.  Asylum/Refugee Policy - Remain in Mexico Policy that is currently in place which requires the asylum seekers to wait in Mexico while the asylum applications are being adjudicated may be rescinded and replaced by a more humane policy.  The plan also includes an increase in refugee admission from 15,000 to 125,000.  

What you see here is a direct reversal of the Trump immigration policy. Since devil is in the detail, we will just have to wait and see the detail. :)
